He is the founder of Rivers of Life Ministries and a monthly revival meeting Warriors Training Camp in Singapore since 2007. He is Founder/Principal of the King's College of Prophets and Senior Pastor of Jesus My King Church. As an author, he has published 13 books and many training manuals.
Dr. Steven Francis has completed Masters of Social Science in Professional Counselling from Swinburn University of Technology and Doctor of Ministry from Southern Asia Bible College.

Sis Tan Hwee Huan
As a new believer Pastor Barnabas was active on campus and served on the Singapore Polytechnic Christian Fellowship as a committee member for 2 years (1974-75). While studying in Montreal, Canada-Concordia University, he served as the Student Leader of the Campus Crusade ministry on campus with the guidance of the staff director - Mr Glenn Smith from 1979-1982.
He was active as a Sunday School teacher in his home church from the year 1976 and served as the Sunday School Superintendent together with Sis Hwee Huan as one of the teacher from 1986 to 1993. As the Mission Chairperson (1994 to 2005) he was active in raising mission awareness and organising mission trips to Northern India. At the same time he was also serving as cell ministry zone supervisor overseeing the growth of the cell groups & leaders.
On the invitation from Senior Pastor Steven and the blessings of the Petra Church leadership, Ps Barnabas & Sis Hwee Huan moved to serve in Jesus My King Church from 2013 as one of the Elder and also to assist as Zone Leader. In 2020, Ps Barnabas was ordained as Assistant Pastor to shepherd Jesus My King Church.
